Creation and functional purpose of the industrial park
The creation of an industrial park has a significant economic and social impact on the development of the region and the country as a whole. Industrial parks stimulate investment growth, contribute to improving the quality of life, increase employment opportunities, enhance working conditions for the local population, and promote environmental conservation.
The goal of establishing the TR-FORGE Industrial Park is to develop a modern production and innovation cluster in the construction materials sector, which will support the sustainable economic development of the Rzhyshchiv community, attract domestic and foreign investment, create new jobs, foster a favorable business environment, and strengthen the region’s industrial potential.

The creation of an industrial park has a significant economic and social impact on the development of the region and the country as a whole. Industrial parks stimulate investment growth, contribute to improving the quality of life, increase employment opportunities, enhance working conditions for the local population, and promote environmental conservation.

The TR-FORGE Industrial Park will contribute to achieving, at least partially, the goals and objectives set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the National Regional Development Strategy for 2021–2027:

Increasing the competitiveness of regions;
Development of entrepreneurship;
Support for export activities;
Enhancing the investment attractiveness of territories;
Implementation of planning for the creation and development of investment zones, support for establishing industrial sites, and effective investment project planning;
Assistance in resolving issues faced by investors in the regions;
Promotion of innovation and growth of the technological level of the regional economy;
Sustainable industrial development;
Identification and development of appropriate infrastructure in areas where businesses can carry out production activities.

The composition of the TR-FORGE Industrial Park will be formed as a universal industrial cluster, which assumes the placement of enterprises such as:
Production of construction materials;
Manufacture of building metal structures and products;
Production of other construction-related products;
Scientific and technical activities.
Other sectors compatible with the above-mentioned activities and of other purposes may also be included. In particular, the residents of the industrial park may be enterprises in accordance with types of economic activity under the Ukrainian Classification of Economic Activities (KVED DK 009:2010), Section C – Manufacturing Industry.
Enterprises located within the industrial park must not cause harm to the environment and ecology of the Rzhyshchiv urban community.

Requirements for Participants of the Industrial Park The requirements for participants of the industrial park are defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks”:
Business entity of any form of ownership: Any enterprise registered within the industrial park can become a participant.
Availability of statutory documents: The participant must have statutory documents in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Compliance with the type of activity: The participant’s activities must correspond to the industrial park’s development concept.
Creation of new jobs: The participant must create new jobs according to the industrial park’s requirements.
Compliance with legislation: The participant must comply with Ukrainian tax, labor, environmental, and other laws.
Development plan: The participant must have a 10-year development plan for their enterprise.
Positive economic and social impact: The participant’s activities must have a positive economic and social effect on the region.
Requirements for Participants of the Industrial Park The requirements for participants of the industrial park are defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks”:

Confirmed investment capacity: The participant must have the ability to finance the construction/reconstruction of an industrial facility for their needs, as well as the financial capability to purchase equipment and start production.
Relevant experience: The participant must have experience in the relevant industry.
Qualified personnel: The participant must have qualified staff to operate their enterprise.
Compliance with environmental standards: The participant’s activities must comply with environmental standards established in Ukraine.
To become a participant of the industrial park, the following is required:
Have a KVED code corresponding to the type of activity allowed under the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks.”
Conclude an agreement with the managing company for conducting business activities within the industrial park.
Acquire rights to a land plot in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, and/or rights to another real estate object (or part thereof) within the industrial park.
Be registered within the territory of the industrial park.
Other requirements that may be imposed on industrial park participants:
Confirmed investment capacity: The participant must have the ability to finance the construction/reconstruction of an industrial facility for their needs, as well as the financial capability to purchase equipment and start production.
Relevant experience: The participant must have experience in the relevant industry.
